Maria just got married and being a traditional Italian she was still a virgin and very inexperienced around men. So, on her wedding night, while staying at her mother's house, she was nervous. But her mother reassured her. Don't worry Maria,' says the mother. 'Tony's a good man. Go upstairs and he'll take care of you.'
So up she went. When she got upstairs, Tony took off his shirt and exposed his hairy chest. Maria ran downstairs to her mother and says, 'Mama, Mama, Tony's got a big hairy chest.' 'Don't worry, Maria,' says his mother. 'All good men have hairy chests. Go upstairs. He'll take good care of you.'
So up she went again. When she got up in the bedroom, Tony took off his pants exposing his hairy legs. Again Maria ran downstairs to her mother. 'Mama, Mama, Tony took off his pants and he's got hairy legs.' 'Don't worry Maria. All good men have hairy legs. Tony's a good man. Go upstairs and he'll take good care of you.
'So, up she went again. When she got up there, Tony took off his socks, and on his left foot he was missing the better part of three toes. When Maria saw this, she ran downstairs.
From the time each of my children started school, wow power leveling,I packed their lunches. And in each lunch I packed, I included a note. Six years after high school graduation, Marc called and asked if he could move home for a couple of months. He had spent those years well, graduating Phi Beta Kappa magna cum laude from college, completing two congressional internships in Washington, wow power leveling,D.C., winning the Jesse Marvin Unruh Fellowship to the California State Legislature, and finally, becoming a legislative assistant in Sacramento. Other than short vacation visits, however, he had lived away from home. With his younger sister leaving for college, I was especially thrilled to have Marc coming home.
A couple weeks after Marc arrived home to rest, regroup and write for a while, he was back at work-he had been recruited to do campaign work. Since I was still making lunch every day for his younger brother, wow gold,I packed one for Marc, too. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from my 24?year?old son, complaining about his lunch.

Well maintanace fees have finally dropped. Last bill was just a little over a hundred bucks for the quarter. I think the HOA is finally getting their sh*t together. This will be one fine sub-division once this happens. Lot's are priced from 119,000 to 174,000 for 5+acres. Summer temps in the 80's and only 2 hours from Phoenix...

Hi, i'm new to this site. I myself am interested in the home staging technique. I think it's a great idea for home owners who are having a tough time selling to use this method of attracting buyers. There is a lot of competition and anything you can do to draw attention to your home is a smart move.

As an Agent, I always wish FSBOs the best of luck. You can sell it yourself, but you must do your homework. There is a lot of paperwork, cost to advertise and time involved, unless you know someone that is interested in buying it.
I know it seems that Realtor fees are high, but it is a lot of work.
If you decide to sell it yourself, one bit of advice. PRICE IT CORRECTLY. Almost all FSBOs I see are priced too high (they all think their home is a palace).
