We purchased a lot in the Mogollon Ranch developement last year. Where can you find 5+ acres per home site in the forest. It's deffinitely a unique sub-division. We are waiting until the well issues are resolved before building our cabin. Once this happens, i imagine many more cabins will be going up, and so will lot prices. I hope there are more posts in this thread, i'd like to read some feedback on these properties...

Mogollon Ranch is a diamond in the rough. I'm keeping my eye open for a nice parcel up there. I'd love to hear any feedback from lot owners. Feel free to post....
