Home staging is a great idea for selling your house and sooo easy to do. Just by clearing off counter tops and clutter. Re arranging your furniture so it works. Adding some fresh flowers and burning a few candles makes a big difference. A little paint goes a long way. There is hardly no cost to fixing up your house except for the paint... and what a difference when it comes to selling your home. Thumbs up for home staging... ;)

I'm interested in the concept as well, it makes a lot of sense. People don't realize just what they have until they remove the newspapers, books, clothes off the floor, and magnets off their frigerator. :)

Home staging does work and i'm living proof. I followed a guide to home staging and sold my home in 3 weeks. Now, i'm not 100 percent certain it was the home staging or not, but the house sure sold quick. I had it clutter free, and professionally cleaned. Gave her a quick coat of paint along with adding some flower pots in the front of the house and bam, she be gone!!!.

There is a lot of competition and anything you can do to draw attention to your home is a smart move.
