Well maintanace fees have finally dropped. Last bill was just a little over a hundred bucks for the quarter. I think the HOA is finally getting their sh*t together. This will be one fine sub-division once this happens. Lot's are priced from 119,000 to 174,000 for 5+acres. Summer temps in the 80's and only 2 hours from Phoenix...
